Value Village
Greyback served as Construction Managers for this project, which involved demolition of part of an existing facility and interior structures, and modifications to exterior finishes and interior layout to create Penticton's first Value VIllage. The finished premise is 23,500 sq ft and also houses a Community Donation Centre in a loading-dock type configuration where community residents can drop off donations.
