Oliver Elementary School
Demolition of the existing system-packaged rooftop unit and portions of ductwork; new HVAC installation of a distributed heat pump system (consisting of 32 pumps in individual mechanical rooms) and all associated ductwork, piping and equipment, including electrical upgrades, drywall and steel stud, roofing and paint.
Integral to the project is a new boiler system, solar panels and a geothermal field, all interconnected to a cooling tower which controls temperature within the building.
The school is a 3034 m2 combustible wood frame building.
