Therapy

In 2009, Greyback completed construction of the new Therapy winery, quadrupling the size of the previous winery to 7,500 sq ft and expanding production capacity from from 10,000 cases up to 15,000.

Given the constraints of the steep building site, space for the new facility was created by removing a block of underperforming Merlot vines.

The tasting room, while remaining in the previous building, was also enlarged.

The tank cellar has high ceilings to accommodate slender tanks and the top floor houses a set of offices.
