In 2014, Greyback began the construction of the new Cannery Brewing Company production facility. The Cannery Brewing Company outgrew their original space and relocated to a property where they could expand their business, in the downtown core.
After demolition of existing structures, Greyback brought to life this new purpose-built campus for advanced flight and mountain training.
The 6-storey, 70-unit hotel building, is constructed of mass timber. It is believed to feature the most extensive use of cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels in any building in the Okanagan.
Path construction achieved a significant milestone with the completion of the first phase of the project, the recycled rubber path and over-the-water walkway east of the Peach.
The new hall replaced the town’s existing fire hall, which no longer met the functional, operational and safety requirements of the Osoyoos Volunteer Fire Department.
The Penticton Dental Clinic was completed in 2005 as a design-build project, by Greyback Construction. Located on Government Street in Penticton BC, this full-service dental office includes a lovely vaulted reception and waiting area, private offices and examination rooms.
The project included extensive specialty Process Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation requirements.
For the Town of Osoyoos in 2011, Greyback completed this Design/Build project of docks & 32 boat slips at the Osoyoos Marina, including piling installation.
Located at the entrance to the Skaha Hills housing development, the winery is nestled in the hillside overlooking Skaha Lake below.
Since 2010 the District of Vanderhoof has been working towards bringing an indoor aquatic centre to the community. In 2017 Greyback Construction began building the new Vanderhoof Aquatic Centre.
This major new Shopping Centre at Southwinds Crossing along Highway 97 in Oliver consists of 4 buildings housing major tenants Buy/Low Foods, Canadian Tire, Marks Work Wearhouse and Tim Hortons along with other retail tenants.
Drawing inspiration from the tradition of wooden barn buildings in the Okanagan, this winery celebrates the history of local farms by reviving this approach to building: simple, light, inexpensive and constructed of locally produced materials.
